21st Century Cyber Charter School: Programs, Enrollment & Employment (2023)

The 21st Century Cyber Charter School’s mission is to provide students for whom an asynchronous environment is an appropriate educational setting with an individualized learning program utilizing the latest information and communications technology.

The basis for all learning plans is to maximize student achievement of the Pennsylvania Academic Standards while developing higher-order thinking and complex problem-solving skills.

21st Century Cyber Charter School (CCCS) will ensure students master essential content and skills while preparing them for their future goals.

Instead of a traditional classroom, 21st CCCs use interactive technology and multimedia, typically allowing students to engage from home using a computer.

21st Century Cyber Charter School (CCCS) Principles & Goals

21st CCCS offer flexibility to students and their families. The asynchronous mode of instruction allows families to customize a student’s schedule that works best for them, allowing students to complete work at their own pace.

Furthermore, because cyber charter schools are public institutions, there are no fees to enroll, and all course materials are delivered right to the homes of each family.

Like students in your neighborhood district school, graduates receive a high school diploma.

Also, students are equipped with skills and preparedness for the next step after graduation, whether furthering their education or entering the workforce.

One of the first steps taken with the 21st Century Cyber Charter School was reorganizing and consolidating its content.

The content strategy’s primary goal was to effectively serve a vast quantity of essential information for the target market’s consumption.

The secondary objective was to recreate and categorize the content so that search engines would successfully crawl it and index it for targeted search results.

Requirements for school
